REMEDIATION OF\u00a0ENVIRONMENTAL BURDENS<\/h3>\n

Remediation of\u00a0the\u00a0environmental burden means work carried\u00a0out in\u00a0the\u00a0rock environment, groundwater and\u00a0soil, the\u00a0aim of\u00a0which is to\u00a0eliminate, reduce or constrain pollution to\u00a0an\u00a0acceptable level of\u00a0risk with\u00a0regard to\u00a0current and\u00a0future land use (Section\u00a03 of\u00a0the\u00a0Geological Act\u00a0No.\u00a0569\/2007\u00a0Coll.).<\/p>\n

Implementation of\u00a0the\u00a0remediation is based on\u00a0the\u00a0remediation project, which takes into\u00a0account the\u00a0recommendations of\u00a0the\u00a0risk analysis<\/a> as\u00a0well\u00a0as feasibility studies in\u00a0more complex remediation. The\u00a0remediation targets are set by\u00a0target values, which are the\u00a0levels of\u00a0pollutants in\u00a0the\u00a0natural environment that need to\u00a0be achieved by\u00a0remediation technologies to\u00a0reduce the\u00a0risk of\u00a0existing contamination to\u00a0an\u00a0acceptable level.<\/p>\n
