ENVIGEO (as EnviGeo, Ltd.) was established on April 1, 1994.
Its activities focused primarily on geological work in the field of environment. In 1998, subsidiaries of ENVISTAV, Ltd., ENVITAZ, Ltd. and ENVIGIS, Ltd. were established as a result of expanding the company’s activities in the areas of environmental construction, mining and processing of mineral resources and geographic information systems (GIS). The extention of activities by drilling work led to the creation of the ENVITEC Technical Works Department in 2001.
In 2003, the joint-stock company ENVIGEO was established. The original subsidiaries associated in the holding and the technical works department were transformed into its branch plants.
In 2007, the company underwent another reorganization.
Currently, the company consists of 4 divisions:
ENVIGEO – ENVISTAV – ENVITAZ – ENVITEC
